  • What documents are provided?

    Quote document is our formal quotation. This and the Risk profile form the basis of the contract of insurance.

    Risk profile is a copy of the questions and answers that you entered on behalf of your client. This is the information provided to us, which enable the policy terms and conditions to be calculated. For the purposes of this insurance, these are material facts that have been disclosed fully and truthfully and to the best of your knowledge and belief. This and the quotation form the basis of the contract of insurance.

    Key facts document is a factsheet. It is not a policy document and contains only general descriptions. Policyholders must refer to the actual policy issued for the binding terms, conditions and exclusions of cover.

    Policy document contains Declarations, Endorsements and policy wording.

    Certificate of insurance may be useful for your client to provide evidence of their insurance.

    Invoice will be emailed to you within 24 hours of the quote being bound.
